With it’s relatively clear structure opal light focuses on the spiritual energy and removing blockages of our chakras. Is anyone else here an emotional being? Open light also helps to stabilize any mood swings. Opalite I can also help block negative energy from outside sources as well as promote vitality if you struggle with fatigue. By intentionally wearing stones and creating mindfulness we can transform our way of behaving, thinking, and feeling.
This stone pairs great with Lavender or Spearmint essential oils. These oils are meant to aid in communication. Apply to the wrists or in hands, cup and inhale slowly. Consider using a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil with Spearmint as it can be invigorating.

Care Instructions
Be gentle and avoid excessive water exposure. It is completely natural for the fabric to fray or stones/glass to chip. Use care when handling your pieces to prolong their life. It's best to store them hanging or laid flat. Wash fibers gently on cold and hang dry. To polish any metal, use a microfiber towel and rubbing alcohol or lemon essential oil. For a more intense polish, try a Dremel with a felt polishing pad (and wear some safety goggles!).
